Copyright Your Graphic Mechanic Logo
Once Graphic Mechanic completes your logo design and your balance is fully paid, you own it. We suggest that you copyright your new logo and establish it as a federal and state trademark. You can download Form VA: For a Work of the Visual Arts online. In the future, the U.S. Copyright Office will offer the option to file a copyright registration online for $35. However, the current filing fee is $45.

Register Your Trademark or Service Mark
To register your trade mark in the state of Georgia it costs about $15.00. Once the process has been completed your mark is protected for 10 years. You can visit the Georgia Secretary of State web site to download the trademark/ service mark application or to learn more. A federal trademark costs about $350.00, but covers you throughout the United States.
